Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the SafeExit mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

License

SafeExit grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Description of Service

SafeExit is a checklist application designed to help users ensure they complete important safety tasks before leaving their home or other locations.

Subscription Terms

SafeExit offers in-app subscriptions for Premium features:

  • 7-day free trial - Full access to Premium features
  • $5.99/month - Monthly subscription (auto-renewing)
  • $29.99/year - Annual subscription (auto-renewing, best value)

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the App only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
  • Keep your account credentials secure
  • Not use the App in ways that could damage our services

Limitation of Liability

IMPORTANT: SafeExit is a productivity and reminder tool. It is not a substitute for your own judgment and responsibility. We are not liable for any consequences resulting from forgotten tasks or items.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. SafeExit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time. To request data deletion, contact us at vvappworks@safeexitapp.com.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
