Frequently Asked Questions
Open the app and tap the "+" button on the main screen. Add custom items by typing them in, then drag to reorder. You can create multiple checklists for different scenarios like Home, Work, or Travel. Each checklist is fully customizable with your own items.
Free includes basic customizable checklists and local storage. Premium unlocks unlimited checklists, advanced history and analytics, location-based smart reminders, iCloud sync across devices, and priority support. Try it free for 7 days!
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. To cancel:
1. Open Settings on your iPhone
2. Tap your name at the top
3. Tap "Subscriptions"
4. Select SafeExit Premium
5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"
You'll retain Premium access until the end of your current billing period.
Absolutely! SafeExit works completely offline. All your checklists are stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud sync (Premium), your data will sync when you have internet, but all core features work without internet access.

🗑️ Account Deletion
To delete your account and all associated data, email us at vvappworks@safeexitapp.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We'll process your request within 7 business days and confirm once your data has been permanently deleted.
